Each enchant is random. Even higher-tier scrolls do not guarantee the best results, and every new enchant replaces the old one, even if it’s worse. For this reason, it’s best to enchant weapons you intend to use long-term.
All enchanting is done at a special Enchanting Table located in the main hub area. Approach the table and interact with it to start the process.
